The College receives its regulatory authority from provincial legislation called “The Physiotherapy Act“. Regulations pursuant to the Act expand on the processes provided in the Act. Bylaws are the next level of legislation providing a position of authority on College operational procedures authorized by the Act and/or Regulations.
