Physiotherapists strive to bring a high level of practice to your care. Yet there may be times that you have questions or concerns about your management. Please find below the route to address your questions.
Starting point– we recommend you first bring these questions directly to the physiotherapist responsible for your care. Most often issues can be settled at this level.
Next– If you have questions that are not being resolved at that level, you have the option of contacting the Registrar of the College at, (709) 753-6527, for assistance and direction. You will be directed to submit your concerns or complaint, in writing.
Finally– If the issues still have not been resolved, the Registrar can refer the matter to the Complaints Authorization Committee for consideration.
